Project highlights
My portfolio represents a curated range of creative execution, moving between major sports marketing, healthcare branding that tugs at heart strings, and the nuanced, patient storytelling of short documentary film. No matter the subject, the goal of each step in the process remains the same: crafting stories that stick.
NCAA Championship campaign - Creative Lead / Director / Writer
Stepping in as Creative Lead for a new, 2025-2026 NCAA campaign meant inheriting an established voice. The client preferred casting college age students with a tone that was warm, light, and safe, but the resulting spots were underwhelming. Instead of forcing a hard pivot, I leaned entirely into their preferred elements, translated them for an older, ticket-buying demographic, and pushed the creative dial all the way to deliberate camp.
We developed over 40 sitcom-style scenarios to deliver more than 25 unique broadcast spots, all scheduled for an ambitious two-day shoot. Through rigorous preproduction, strategic production design, and precise crewing, the physical production hummed like a machine.
The client response was immediate, with feedback praising the elevated quality and noting the final product far exceeded their expectations. We strengthened client trust by embracing their parameters and were able to prove the value of bold creative concepting.
NBA Image campaign - Creative Lead / Producer / Writer
EMMY NOMINATED 2023 BEST PROMOTIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT
2023 PROMAX GOLD AWARD WINNER
The goal here was to create multiple broadcast spots to highlight the NBA’s 75th year anniversary and point to NBATV as the place to go for real fans.
I set out to capture a different and deeply authentic emotion within the NBA world, one that often gets overshadowed by fast-paced visuals, heavy editing, and explosive sound effects. By stripping away the excess, slowing things way down, and allowing the script to take center stage, we created something raw, powerful, and unexpectedly resonant. The series connected with both die-hard fans and casual viewers alike.
This wasn’t the easiest project to pitch, but the vision was clear.
Piedmont Healthcare Campaign: Creative Lead / Director
2025 ATLANTA MARKETER OF THE YEAR AWARDS - TELEVISION - Nominee
I led the rebranding of Georgia’s largest healthcare provider, spearheading the most ambitious campaign in the organization's history that has garnered over 100 million impressions since its start. Piedmont Healthcare initially contracted for a short campaign to drive recruitment. That campaign was an overwhelming success. As a result, it expanded the project into a full-scale rebrand opportunity. We wanted something that would be instantly recognizable for the brand, something that could be implemented in future experiential opportunities and thus, “the wall” was born. By balancing deep, emotional storytelling with a signature visual style, we created an authentic, human-driven campaign that delivered massive, measurable results; and is still running in 2026.
Clemson Film Campaign: Creative Lead / Director
For Clemson University’s landmark billion-dollar fundraising campaign, I directed a series of short documentary films designed to highlight the personal stories and faces behind groundbreaking campus innovations. Collaborating with brilliant experts across diverse disciplines, we captured the real struggles and triumphs behind their advancements. Each story was captured in a single day, each story with a different DP and crew. The result was a collection of nine impactful, emotionally-charged narratives that bridged the gap between complex research and public engagement, helping drive awareness and critical funding for transformative future initiatives. This project felt good for the soul.
Star Trek Animation Studio Profile: Creative Producer / Director
Working on Star Trek content was an exciting opportunity to celebrate the brilliant minds behind the animated series. Our goal was to craft behind-the-scenes pieces that not only highlighted the talent and dedication of the team but also capture the essence of the show itself.
In the edit, we leaned into the series’ unique tone, balancing its signature humor and adventure with the serious craftsmanship that brings it to life. The result was two finalized videos that resonated with both fans and industry creators. This particular piece, however, was my favorite: a testament to the passion, creativity, and meticulous work that makes the Star Trek universe so special.
NBA 75th Anniversary Campaign - Director
EMMY NOMINATED 2022 OUTSTANDING OPEN/TEASE
Directing some of the NBA’s most legendary players across multiple cities for this historic campaign was an incredible experience. The concept was ambitious. Each athlete arrived with no prior knowledge of what they’d be doing, allowing us to capture their authentic reactions as they recreated iconic photographic moments in NBA history.
With each player assigned a different legendary image to replicate, every detail had to be sharply executed—on both the video and photography fronts—all within a few hours of their availability. It was a fast-paced, high-stakes creative challenge. Working alongside an exceptional team of DPs and photographers, we crafted a piece that would open the broadcast for the anniversary season in a monumental way. We were fortunate to honor the game’s legacy and earn an Emmy nomination in the process.
For the pinnacle of the basketball season, the NBA Finals, every element of the creative had to dance in unison; the script, the performance, the cut, the music. The script for the opening tease demanded immediate gravity. I knew we needed a voice with undeniable presence, which led us to Hollywood legend Keith David. His commanding delivery provided the perfect contrast to a carefully curated track, instantly grounding the narrative.
But high-stakes creative is nothing without execution. Collaboration was key: pushing our sound designers and animators to build a hyper-polished, rhythmic piece that captured the energy of the Finals and amplified it in a new way.

Rules To Rule: A short film - Writer / Director
Rules to Rule (2021) is an exhilarating short film that plunges viewers into a gritty underworld of crime, following a colorful crew of thieves who live by a strict code. When betrayal strikes from within, adherence to the rules becomes far more than a mere strategy for the perfect score—it’s a matter of survival.
I love a good intellectual or abstract film as much as the next movie nerd. Those are the types of movies that have you thinking about them years - check out my practice page if you want to see my aim in that direction.
That’s not this film. The main goal here was to entertain. Sugar and food coloring. Pure and simple.
This project marked my second foray into filmmaking, and I’m proud to say it exceeded every expectation. With the support of an incredibly talented cast and crew, I was able to refine and execute the vision with greater precision, resulting in a product that felt cohesive and impactful. Writing and directing a film is no small feat, but completing it and seeing the recognition from festivals and filmgoers has been one of my greatest personal achievements so far.
